A peaceful area, amazing and particularly good location so close to Ronda or the surrounding area, a taxi into town where there are dozens and dozens of very good eating places and a sheer cliff.

Comfortable room, close to town
Trying to be too slick, lots of things broken, staff not very welcoming

Situated on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of Ronda it was a peaceful sanctuary to return to after a day sightseeing, The pool and gardens are lovely. Our room had a super terrace overlooking the pool.
The breakfast was disappointing, very limited selection and it was the same every moring, dry bread, tinned fruit and supermarket buns, not value for money. Unfortunately spanish plumbing was at its worst, really bad smell from our bathroom, and violent shuddering of pipes when I ran a bath!!!(not part of the peaceful sanctuary )Hairdryer was a death trap,DO NOT USE.sun canopy on terrace was ripped and could not be used. It was all a bit shabby, our stay was at the beginning of August, height of the holiday season and it looked as though it was end of season worn out and scruffy.

The staff were so lovely and helpful, it felt like a very lovely B&B. There are only 9 rooms, our room having a balcony with table and chairs for sunny yourself. It overlooks a very beautiful garden with water feature, swimming pool and flowers. Our room was modern, clean and excellent bathroom. Tv was a bit old, air con was very gentle but worked, I would've liked a mini bar because you are situated away from shops or restaurants. Its only 5 min drive from Ronda, which we wanted - to use as a base. But the food and drink facilities weren't so great. The make delicious wine, and you must try a glass (red). A buzzer lets you in an electric gate, they have to let you in, ..... maybe a bit of a fuss ! Breakfast was nice, basic but great. To sum up, a modern haven to relax near a very nice town of Ronda.
We were there early June and Jacuzzi was closed and no food available in evening. The pool was looking a bit unloved and needed cleaning and repairs to tiles. It put me off swimming. Being in a country setting the ants were all over the outdoor area, shame as I'm not great with insects..!
